Steps to make a reservation. Fill out the reservation form for the services you’re interested in. Once completed, you’ll be redirected to a payment gateway where you’ll enter your card details for your purchase. Once the process is complete, you’ll receive confirmation of your purchase by email.
Payment methods. ESCUELA CIRCUIT VALENCIA SL maintains strict security standards to ensure secure payment. Payment for the product price must be made using the following method:
– Payment by credit card. Visa or MasterCard. The customer can choose to pay by credit card; the transaction will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: If your reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the activity, 100% of the amount will be refunded. If your reservation is cancelled between 7 and 2 days before the activity, 50% of the amount will be refunded. If your reservation is cancelled 48 hours before the activity, no refund will be issued. If you wish to postpone your reservation for a later date, please notify us at least 7 days before the activity. Otherwise, the above penalties will apply.
Cancellation Policy: If the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be postponed to a new date. In this case, the client can decide whether to keep the reservation for a new date or request a refund.
*Motorbikes: In the event of heavy rain during the activity or for safety reasons, the pending portion of the course will be postponed to a new date. In all cases, you must show up at the circuit unless otherwise stated.
Pricing policy. ESCUELA CIRCUIT VALENCIA SL unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this website. The prices in effect in the advertising coinciding with the time of formalization of the reservation will be applied, to guarantee the customer the veracity of the price of the products.
Online dispute resolution. In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free-access platform for the online resolution of disputes between consumers and ESCUELA CIRCUIT VALENCIA SL, without the need to resort to the courts. This platform, known as the Dispute Resolution Body, acts as an intermediary between the two parties. This body is neutral and will engage with both parties to reach an agreement and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the dispute. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These terms and conditions must be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law, except where expressly provided otherwise. The parties agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these terms and conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile. If the consumer resides outside of Spain, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and will submit to the courts and tribunals closest to the city of VALENCIA, Spain.
